The city of Constance is wonderfully nestled at the eponymous lake on the southern border of Germany where the Rhine continuous on towards his long way through Europe. In one of the best areas of the city directly at the lake you will find the SLH boutique hotel Riva (review will follow). This hotel boasts the Two-Michelin-starred restaurant Ophelia where chef Dirk Hoberg celebrates fine cuisine with a local touch. Enjoy the show!

Silver 7132 - Fine Dining in the Swiss Alps

People travel to the little mountain village of Vals deep in the Alps of Switzerland for the thermal baths: 7132 Therme & Spa designed by famed Swiss architect Peter Zumthor. Jacobs Restaurant - Fine Dining Hamburg

It's worth to take a 20-minute ride down the Elbchaussee along the Elbe river for a culinary experience you won't easily forget.

Tasteful interior, fantastic staff, delicate fine food presented in a common theme throughout the meal - I agree with the critics from Michelin that the Jacobs Restaurant in Hamburg deserves two stars. Look at the pictures and believe me that the taste buds have been satisfied as the eyes have. Or better yet, go there to taste for yourself.

German Wine Road(s)

German wine might not have the same reputation as French wines do, but some of the best whites are made there. Considering the Baden wine region's closeness to France, this sunny area on the other side of the Rhine with volcanic origins is perfectly situated for wine making.

Brunch and Spa in the Heart of Switzerland

The heart of Switzerland is arguably Lake Lucerne, a mountain lake as clear and turquoise as you won't ever see again.

Some of the most luxurious hotels settled all around the lake and among those is the Park Weggis, a 5 star retreat and member of the prestigious Relais & Chateaux guild.
